Description
Amphitheater Public Schools is soliciting a licensed electrical contractor to provide as-needed high- and low-voltage electrical services across 22 district sites. The contractor must hold an Arizona Register of Contractors A-17 license for high-voltage work from 650 to 13,800 volts and a C-11 Commercial License, provide normal-hours and after-hours service, and respond to emergencies within one hour of notification. The bid includes hourly pricing for high-voltage, low-voltage, excavation, athletic-field lighting, and high-voltage field-testing services; daily pricing for 30-40-foot and 60-90-foot lift equipment; and a materials discount and market basket covering specified lighting fixtures and electrical panels. The initial contract term is July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods. A completed bid document, W-9, contractor-license documentation, and a USB/flash drive copy are required; the non-collusion affidavit must be notarized. The bid opening will be held in person on September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
