Description
The City of Huntsville is soliciting vendors to provide as-needed commercial printing and related graphic services for municipal departments. The scope includes offset and digital printing for forms, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, flyers, business cards, promotional materials, and other printed products; cutting, folding, collating, stapling, perfect binding, coil or comb binding, laminating, variable-data printing, custom die-cutting, foil stamping, embossing, and large-format printing. Vendors may also provide graphic design assistance, file preparation, proofing, and layout optimization. The contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity arrangement. The initial term runs from the effective date through September 30, 2027, with four possible one-year renewals. Vendors must provide the labor, equipment, materials, and consumables; meet specified quality and color requirements; support multiple municipal department accounts; and generally deliver products within ten working days after an order. Responses must include completed pricing for the listed printing items, a description of offered services, a typical discount, references for at least three customers from the preceding twelve months, and the required solicitation forms.
