INVITATION TO BID The New Madrid County Assessor's Office is soliciting bids for the purchase of a large format printer/scanner. The printer will be utilized for printing maps. Interested vendors are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements specified below. Specifications: - One (1) large format (6 D/A1) printer - Delivery time frame: Within 30 days of bid acceptance. Bid Requirements: - Complete pricing details - Printer specifications - Delivery timeline Submission Deadline: All bids must be submitted by September 21, 2026 at 9AM. Submission Instructions: Please submit sealed bids to the New Madrid County Assessors' Office at 450 Main Street, New Madrid MO 63869 or email to jacobjohnson@newmadridcountymo.gov no later than Monday, September 21, 2026 at 9AM. Bid Presentation: Bids will be presented to the County Commission on Monday September 21, 2026 at 9AM. The New Madrid County Assessor's Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
