Description
Pima County is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of new Type 25L and 40L LED street-lighting luminaires, fixtures, fixture shields, components, and related accessories. The contract is for materials only, with no construction component, and orders may be issued on an as-required basis. Products must be new, current-production models and meet detailed requirements for voltage ranges, color temperature, photometric performance, mounting, housing, electrical safety, ingress protection, vibration resistance, warranties, and compatibility with field-adjustable output and electronic control modules. Bidders must provide unit pricing through the solicitation portal and submit a complete, signed Offer Agreement with the required technical documentation, including luminaire and driver specification sheets, LM-79, LM-80, and TM-21 reports, photometric analyses, BUG ratings, warranty information, installation and maintenance instructions, chromaticity data, and independent laboratory reports. The contract has a one-year base term with four one-year renewal options; delivery is generally required within 90 days after an order is issued. Insurance certification and a performance bond are required from the successful offeror after the notice of recommendation for award, rather than with the bid.
