Description
The City of Tucson Housing and Community Development Department is seeking proposals from licensed real estate brokers with community development experience. The City expects to make multiple awards, and offerors may propose for one or both categories: Brokerage Services and Asset Preservation. Brokerage Services include listing city-owned public housing single-family homes on AZMLS, marketing properties, coordinating buyers and participating agencies, managing transactions, obtaining and reviewing appraisals, preparing escrow and closing documentation, and maintaining transaction records. Asset Preservation services include routine and emergency maintenance, lawn care and debris removal, winterization and de-winterization, inspections, code-compliance corrections, repairs, property securing, hazard mitigation, project management, and reporting. Contractors must maintain applicable Arizona real estate licenses and comply with Fair Housing Act, HUD, Section 3, and related requirements.
