Description
The City of Edmond is seeking a vendor to print and deliver 1,500 copies of its 2027 Employee Enrollment Guide. The estimated 36-page guide, including covers, will be 8.5 by 11 inches, printed in full color on 70-pound uncoated smooth bright white text paper with 80-pound gloss bright white covers, with bleeds and saddle-stitch binding. The final page count may change. Pricing must be provided for the complete lot, not per piece, and must include materials, setup, imprinting, and delivery. The quoted price must be firm. Delivery is required within two weeks, or 10 business days, after artwork is delivered to the selected vendor; artwork is expected September 30, 2026, and the finished guides must be in hand by October 15, 2026.
