Description
The University of Texas at Austin is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide graphic design, printing and typesetting, business cards, cards, envelopes and mailers, and print-on-demand printing and distribution services. The solicitation may support department-specific or campus-wide needs and is intended to identify qualified contractors for future projects as needed. The University does not guarantee any minimum project or spending volume. Respondents may identify products or services they do not offer as “N/A” or “Not offered.” Responses must include pricing and rate information, qualifications and experience, a portfolio of 10 mid-level projects, quality and ability to meet the University’s needs, staffing resources and past business relationship strength, a subcontracting plan, paper printed collateral sheets, and the required Company Information questionnaire. Qualified subcontractors may be used for printing, signs and graphics, large-format production, specialty finishing, design, fulfillment, and delivery, provided they are identified in the subcontracting plan and the prime contractor remains responsible for performance. Pricing may be submitted using product, hourly-rate, fixed project-based, or value-based models as applicable.
