Description
The USDA Forest Service intends to competitively award a BPA call order under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA for tree planting using Government-furnished tree seedlings. The work must be performed in a manner that supports tree survival and growth and is classified under natural resources and forest/range improvements. This is a special notice and not a solicitation or request for proposals. The procurement is restricted to the 140 businesses approved and eligible to receive call orders under the LMIR BPA; the call-order RFQ will be issued by email to those BPA holders. Businesses not currently on the BPA may seek onboarding during the annual October 1–31 onboarding window for the life of the BPA.
