Description
The Eugene Water & Electric Board is soliciting bids for a warehouse workspace remodel. The prime contractor must have at least 10 years of experience performing construction of similar size and scope, and the project supervisor or superintendent must have 10 years of construction experience, including five years managing projects of similar or larger size and scope. Specialty subcontractors must also meet stated experience requirements, including 10 years in business and five years of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, subject to individual specification sections. The project is subject to Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries prevailing-wage requirements and applicable Construction Contractors Board requirements. Bids must be submitted through OregonBuys; emailed bids will not be accepted. A First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form is required either with the online bid or by email by a separate deadline on the bid date. The pre-bid meeting is voluntary.
