Description
The City of Decatur seeks to establish multiple on-call contracts with consultants or firms providing graphic design, visual communications, and photography services. Graphic design work may include creative design, promotional materials, production management, concept development, and print and digital media execution. Photography services may include candid, portrait, event, and commercial photography for websites, social media, publications, and advertisements. Assignments will be issued as needed, with consultants providing cost estimates, concepts and drafts, final camera-ready and electronic artwork, and editable high-resolution native design files with fonts and linked elements. The City will own the resulting designs. Statements of qualification must describe relevant experience and portfolios, including three project examples, culturally competent communications capabilities, workload capacity, government experience, and ability to work with local-government stakeholders. Submissions must also include a sample master service agreement, three recent similar-project references, a consultant affidavit, and executed E-Verify compliance forms.
