Description
This Sources Sought notice is for market research and acquisition planning, not a current solicitation or promise of award. The contemplated requirement covers recurring administrative, event, meeting, conference, protocol, stakeholder coordination, graphics and presentation, audio-visual/VTC, limited printing and binding, copy-editing, documentation, SOP, and continuity-support services. Work would support classified and unclassified processes and may involve multiple events throughout the performance period. The anticipated structure is approximately one 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years, with hybrid firm-fixed-price labor CLINs and time-and-materials CLINs with not-to-exceed ceilings for printing, copy editing, and travel. Respondents must provide a capability statement of no more than three pages in 12-point font, including company and contact information, UEI/DUNS and CAGE information, business size and socioeconomic status, relevant experience, and up to three relevant contracts completed or performed within the past three years. The response must also state whether the firm would submit a quotation if an RFQ is issued and whether it is interested in prime or subcontracting work. A Top Secret facility and safeguarding clearance, and personnel with Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility, are identified as anticipated requirements.
