Description
DeKalb County is soliciting sealed bids for comprehensive maintenance and related improvements at Mystery Valley Golf Course. The scope covers tees, greens, fairways, rough, natural areas, bunkers, water features, cart paths, bridges, practice facilities, fencing, trees, buildings, signs, utilities, parking areas, clubhouse grounds, golf course restrooms, and daily course preparation. Services include mowing, aerification, topdressing, irrigation inspection and minor repair, pest and fertility management, landscaping, tree removal and stump grinding, debris removal, restroom cleaning, emergency response, reporting, and provision of labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment. The contractor must maintain specified staffing, including at least ten staff members from April through October, and provide qualified golf-course, mechanical, irrigation, and pesticide-application personnel. The initial contract term is three years with two additional 12-month renewal options. The solicitation includes a $100,000 work allowance, requires a Category 24 pesticide applicator license, requires similar golf-course experience and references, and requires compliance with DeKalb County's 20% Local Small Business Enterprise participation benchmark or documented good-faith efforts. Bids must be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal; the price schedule must be entered only in its designated portal section. The submission must include the completed vendor questionnaire and required supporting forms, references, licenses, resumes, equipment list, LSBE documentation, First Source Jobs documentation, and other specified certifications and uploads.
