The City of Aliso Viejo is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide printing and mailing services for its Community Connection Recreation Brochure and Summer Camp Pocket Brochure. The brochures are published up to four times a year plus a summer camp pocket brochure, with up to 25,000 copies printed per issue. The contractor will be responsible for graphic design, digital proofing, printing, mailing via Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) to approximately 21,500 postal customers in zip code 92656, and delivery of approximately 3,500 copies to City facilities. The contractor must have in-house digital printing and mailing capabilities, a printer located within 30 miles of the City, and experience with similar projects. The contract term is from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year renewals.
