Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified prime consultant and prequalified team to provide turnkey right-of-way acquisition services for Project PI 0015382, involving I-285 at SR 8 and SR 8 from I-285 to SR 280 in Fulton County. The project includes 18 parcels and four displacements. Required services include right-of-way project management, preliminary cost estimation, pre-acquisition activities, appraisal and valuation services, acquisition, negotiation through closing, relocation benefits and assistance, property management, and condemnation support. The proposal must identify prequalified personnel for specified right-of-way service classes, including project management, pre-acquisition, acquisition management, negotiation through closing, relocation negotiations, appraisal, cost-to-cure, trade fixtures, sign appraisal, and detailed cost estimation. Responses are evaluated on staffing, schedule adherence, management approach, and cost. The contract term is five years, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity or dollar commitment. Responses must be submitted electronically through the sourcing tool, including the completed cost worksheet and required certifications and supporting materials.
