Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington is soliciting bids for the Charleroi Demolition Project No. BMP 26-06. The contractor must initiate work within 15 days of contract execution and complete the demolition within 60 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of at least 10% of the total bid amount, in a form permitted by the contract documents. The buyer may hold bids for up to 45 days after opening while reviewing bids and bidder qualifications. Electronic bid documents are available at no charge from Remington & Vernick Engineers; only contract documents received directly from that firm will be accepted. The project must comply with applicable prevailing-wage and nondiscrimination requirements.
