Description
The City of Rockford is soliciting bids for demolition of the structure at 911 8th Avenue Court. The work is a public-works construction contract subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Bids must include the compliance information required by the bid documents for Illinois Fair Employment Practices and the City of Rockford's Equal Employment and Business Opportunity Ordinance. Noncompliant bids will not be read or considered. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bid name and number.
