Description
Langlade County Forestry, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified contractor to raze and remove the main lodge building at Charles DeLanglade Memorial Park. The work includes disposal of all demolition debris, removal and disposal of the concrete slab and footings, and rough leveling of the site to a safe condition. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, and equipment and obtain any permits required for the work. A lump-sum price quote must be submitted on the department-provided quote form, and all work must be completed by December 15, 2026.
