Description
The Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency is soliciting a single lump-sum bid for demolition of a six-plex, three single-family homes, and associated outbuildings at four properties. Work includes complete removal of above-ground and below-ground structures, foundations, footings, retaining walls, utility lines, and other site improvements down to natural ground level; utility capping; structural backfill and compaction; grading; third-party compaction testing; temporary barricades or fencing; stormwater controls; permits; debris removal; and cleanup of affected sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and rights-of-way. Bidders must be Utah-licensed contractors with appropriate license classifications. The proposal must include company experience, a copy of the current Utah contractor license, project team qualifications, a proposed schedule, a line-item price for each property and total project cost, and a current certificate of insurance. Proposals may not exceed 15 pages. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is required, and the CRA will evaluate completeness, eligibility, insurance, schedule, and price.
