Description
The Town of Southampton is soliciting sealed bids for demolition work at the Quiogue Demolition Sites. The bid packet and specifications must be obtained from the town's procurement website, and bidders must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including New York prevailing-wage requirements. Each bid must include either a certified check or a bond equal to five percent of the total bid. Submissions must be sealed and clearly marked with Bid Number 2026-0051 and the project name; the solicitation states that only pages containing headers are to be returned with the bid.
