Description
Omnitrans is soliciting bids from multiple qualified towing providers for fleet towing and recovery services covering 40-foot and 60-foot transit buses, passenger cars, light-duty trucks, and vans. Services include standard towing, disabled-vehicle recovery, accident/recovery work when requested, vehicle inspections and damage documentation, trip tickets, and delivery documentation. Contractors must provide 24-hour, seven-days-a-week service, arrive within one hour of dispatch, maintain appropriately licensed drivers, and use suitable Landoll or flat-bed equipment for full-size buses, including CNG, battery-electric, and fuel-cell electric buses. The solicitation anticipates a three-year base term with two one-year option periods and requires firm pricing for each year. Bids must include the completed Attachment F Cost File and required solicitation forms, including references, certifications, subcontractor information, and other responsibility forms.
