Description
The U.S. Department of the Navy is seeking a single awardee for a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide on-demand, 24/7 towing, recovery, winching, vehicle relocation, and accident cleanup services supporting Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz. The scope includes light-, medium-, and heavy-duty towing for passenger, commercial, tactical, bus, and large transport vehicles; recovery from mud, ditches, and off-road areas; roadway cleanup after accidents; additional mileage; and after-hours or emergency response. The contractor must maintain 24-hour dispatch, meet 45-minute emergency and standard response times and a 60-minute after-hours or remote response time, provide appropriately equipped tow and recovery vehicles, employ licensed operators, obtain required base access, and maintain garage keeper’s liability and hook/cargo insurance. The BPA ordering period is stated as September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2031, with no guaranteed minimum quantity; the Government anticipates approximately $20,000 in expenditures per 12-month ordering period. Quotations must demonstrate technical capability and provide firm-fixed unit prices for the base period and four out-years.
