Description
The University of Iowa Athletics Department is seeking a supplier to provide a dedicated ticket sales, fan development, and customer service operation. The scope includes year-round outbound and inbound sales for football, men's and women's basketball, wrestling, Hawkeye Tours, and other ticketed athletics events; renewals, new sales, partial plans, group tickets, single-game tickets, and retention campaigns; customer service; sales-program management; staff training; reporting; and coordination with University athletics, marketing, ticket operations, sports programs, and senior administration. The selected supplier must provide robust customer relationship management, business analytics, marketing automation, and related technology integration with Paciolan and Equipe HQ at no additional cost to the University. The supplier must staff the operation for more than 150,000 annual phone contact points, provide dedicated analytics and marketing automation personnel, support facility tours, develop an annual giving and philanthropic fundraising structure, and operate without ticket brokers. The intended contract term is two years, with three additional one-year extensions available by mutual written agreement. The University expects a revenue-share pricing model, requests audited financial statements for the prior two years, and requires three relevant references. Responses must address the detailed proposal, service approach, staffing, customer service, pricing, compliance, information technology, risk, and implementation requirements.
