Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals for statewide Toll Customer Service Center operations. The scope includes customer service and tolling back-office functions, operational reporting, quality and performance measurement, correspondence, fee processing, payment administration, and task-order-based work. The current solicitation is Round 4 and includes revised solicitation materials and additional attachments addressing cloud terms, ramp assessment, confidentiality, pricing, operating statistics, scope of services, key performance indicators, and requirement tracking. Proposals are due October 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
