Description
The University of Iowa's Division of Sponsored Programs is seeking a qualified supplier to provide managed research services for corporate-funded clinical trial agreements, including contract review, redlining, negotiation, letters of indemnification, and master clinical trial agreements. The supplier must provide on-demand online status tracking, regular communications with the University, reporting on turnaround times, and designated contract-negotiation personnel. Responses must describe the supplier's experience negotiating clinical trial agreements with pharmaceutical and medical-device manufacturers, proposed processes and turnaround times, online tracking capabilities, communication model, staffing, scalability, compliance with University and Iowa requirements, fee structure, and risks and exceptions. The response must include three relevant client references, a project proposal, audited financial statements and annual reports for the previous two years, supplier and key-personnel information, and required electronic responses to the solicitation attributes. The resulting agreement will have an initial one-year term with four possible one-year extensions, for a maximum term of five years.
