Description
Springfield Public Schools is seeking a contractor to provide a new telephone system, including approximately 1,929 classroom phones, 899 office phones, and 112 reception phones; system software; licensing; installation; training; and ongoing support. Quantities may increase or decrease based on District needs, and pricing must remain unchanged for additional phones added during the contract period. The scope includes four call centers with approximately four to eight agents and one to three supervisors each. Conference room phones are optional and will not be considered in the evaluation or award. The District will not require Microsoft Teams calling integration, a POTS replacement, or overhead paging work. An alternate solution may be submitted separately, with alternate pricing and attachments evaluated separately. Offerors must provide pricing for equipment, software, licensing, installation, training, recurring charges, additional charges, and renewal periods. Responses must include an implementation plan, company qualifications, at least five references including Missouri or similarly sized school districts, warranty information, emergency-call provisions, organizational and local-government experience, workforce information, and required certifications and acknowledgments. The contract will begin upon Board approval on December 15, 2026, for three years, with two optional one-year renewal periods.
