Description
The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking a contractor to provide commercial business line telecommunications service at Newport, Rhode Island. The requirement is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation and request for quotation for commercial telecommunications services, with pricing identified as monthly recurring charges and/or non-recurring charges and contract line items including descriptions, quantities, and units of measure. The acquisition is not set aside for small businesses and will use a lowest-price technically acceptable source-selection process. The solicitation has controlled access: attachments are available only to entities with a DITCO Basic Agreement, and access requests must include the requestor's UEI or CAGE code for verification.
