Description
The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics is seeking proposals for comprehensive urinary catheters. Suppliers must bid their own versions of the products listed in the bid line-item pricing workbook; the list is not necessarily inclusive, and alternate products require review and approval by end users. The solicitation is extensive and requires electronic submission through the eBid system. The opportunity includes a pricing sheet and bid line-item workbook among the solicitation attachments. The solicitation also provides consignment and business associate agreement templates, standard terms and conditions, and a public question-and-answer document. Product conversions will be discussed at the time of award. The intended contract structure remains a one-year term with four additional one-year extensions by written mutual agreement, and the existing requirements include supplier references, contact information, product catalog and pricing information, and other supplier capability details.
