Description
The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from experienced vendors to provide 24-hour inbound call answering services for calls related to public safety, observations, and general concerns reported in City parks. The selected vendor will operate a professional 24/7 bilingual (English and Spanish) call center, handle calls for approximately 100 calls per month, and use structured data entry to capture call details. The contractor must provide a secure, mobile-friendly online portal for authorized City staff to view, query, and export call data, as well as generate reports. Services include automated call response, timely reporting, participation in performance reviews, and technical support. The contract will be for a five-year term commencing on or about January 1, 2027.
