Description
The City of Iowa City is soliciting bids for the Woodside Drive Repair 2027 Project. The work includes removal and replacement of Portland cement concrete pavement and sidewalk; removal and replacement of a sanitary sewer manhole; installation of a storm sewer manhole and intake; and installation of associated storm sewer piping. The engineer's estimate is $105,000. Construction is scheduled for May through August 2027. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, at the Engineering Conference Room, 410 East Washington Street, Iowa City, Iowa.
