Description
The University of Iowa is seeking a supplier to provide nursing recruitment process outsourcing services for University of Iowa Health Care. The supplier will help recruit experienced staff nurses with adult patient experience across perioperative and post-anesthesia care, intensive care, behavioral health, adult acute care, emergency medicine, ambulatory services, dialysis, cancer care, interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology, and apheresis. Services include sourcing and engaging candidates, talent pipelining, diversity recruitment, international recruitment, candidate screening, and support for licensure, credentialing, immigration, onboarding, and relocation. The supplier must work with the University's Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud and Oracle PeopleSoft systems and describe its implementation, account team, governance, reporting, service-level agreements, technology and security practices, healthcare recruiting experience, subcontractors, pricing, and measurable outcomes. The response must include three comparable references, a managerial single point of contact, stakeholder and risk approaches, financial statements for the previous two years, and detailed responses to the listed qualification requirements. The resulting agreement is for one year, with four possible one-year extensions, for a maximum term of five years.
