Description
The City of Santa Ana is seeking one or more qualified IT service providers to furnish temporary contract personnel and consulting services on an as-needed, hourly basis. Potential service areas include application development, project management and business analysis, GIS, desktop support and help desk services, network and telecommunications, data center and operations, cybersecurity, IT administration, and related technology specialties. Providers must recruit and screen candidates, confirm qualifications and availability, supply resumes and hourly rates, conduct required background checks, and manage assigned personnel. The agreement term is three years, with the City’s option to extend it for one additional two-year term; however, no work or spending is guaranteed. Management must be local to Southern California and able to report onsite within two hours when requested, and assigned personnel may be required to provide onsite, on-call, and after-hours support. Proposals must include a maximum 25-page Statement of Qualifications, cover letter, services and experience information, resumes, estimated rates and markup percentages, and the required certifications and attachments, including three public-agency references and a notarized non-collusion affidavit.
