Description
The City of Laval is soliciting telephone line rental services under solicitation DOS-3794. The procurement is conducted through competitive, open bidding, and the estimated contract period is 72 months. Bids must be submitted in person to the Service du greffe reception at 3131 boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest, fourth floor, office 430, by 10:30 a.m. on October 15, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. that day in Room 120 on the ground floor at the same address.
