Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for construction services at 14 Wing Greenwood and its satellite sites in Nova Scotia. The OCSL covers commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work with an estimated value of $10 million and below, for the period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers must submit a request through MERX to be placed on the list, indicating their preferred official language (English or French). The OCSL will be used to tender construction services, and only those on the list will be invited to bid. Tenders may be set aside for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Contractors must have an active MERX account to submit electronic bids. DCC may require additional pre-qualification or security clearances for specific tenders.
