Description
Maricopa County Department of Transportation is soliciting a construction contractor for approximately 0.56 miles of Northern Parkway improvements from the west side of 103rd Avenue to the west side of 99th Avenue, within the broader 103rd Avenue-to-91st Avenue Phase 1 project. The scope includes new mainline roadway construction, pavement, drainage facilities and catch basins, sidewalks, a shared-use path, medians, intersection improvements at 103rd Avenue, a new bridge over the New River, lighting, signing, pavement markings, landscaping, and ITS conduits. Utility relocation and coordination work, including water, sewer, gas, electric, and other utility interfaces, is also addressed in the project documents.
