Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction services required by the Department of National Defence at CDSB Gagetown (and satellite sites in New Brunswick) and sites in Prince Edward Island. The OCSL will be valid from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers may apply at any time, but are encouraged to submit by March 4, 2026. Applications are processed through MERX, and bidders must have an active MERX account. The OCSL will be used for tenders with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Tenders may be set aside for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), and contracts may include security requirements up to Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level.
