Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for construction services at 22 Wing North Bay and its satellite sites in Northern Ontario, including Sudbury, Timmins, and Sault Ste. Marie. The OCSL covers commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work with an estimated value of $10 million and below, for a period of three fiscal years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers must apply through MERX and indicate their preferred official language (English or French). The OCSL will be used to tender construction services, and bidders must be registered on the OCSL to participate. Tenders may be set aside for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), and contracts may include security requirements such as Designated Organization Screening (DOS) or Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level.
