Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking contractors and suppliers to be placed on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction services required by the Department of National Defence at CFB Halifax and its satellite sites in Nova Scotia. The OCSL will cover three fiscal years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029, and will be used to tender construction projects with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Interested parties must submit a request through MERX and indicate their preferred official language (English or French). Contractors on the previous OCSL must re-apply. The OCSL may also include set-asides for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, requiring registration in the Indigenous Business Directory. Security requirements may include Designated Organization Screening and Facility Security Clearance up to SECRET level.
