Description
The Village of Wellington is soliciting bids for relocation of the Biosolids Control Room from a ground-floor electrical room to an upstairs locker room at its water reclamation facility. The work includes relocating existing built-in lab furniture, finishing areas where furniture is removed, demolishing a shower, removing lockers, and installing a kitchenette in accordance with the drawings. The project also includes replacing a water heater and wall air-conditioning unit; installing plumbing, electrical outlets, and internet cabling; and performing structural work on the roof and existing observation window. Plans and specifications are included in the bid package, and a bid bond is required.
