Description
Seminole Improvement District is soliciting sealed bids for the SID Park Site Parking Phase 1 project at Parcel C-4 in Westlake, Florida. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid forms, and segregated bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit three completed and signed sets of bid documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required, and the owner reserves the right to reject bids, waive technical errors and informalities, and accept the bid that best serves its interests.
