Description
Palm Beach County is seeking firm, fixed pricing for a term contract covering spider and cobweb control at eight specified County facilities. Services include quarterly or semi-annual treatment, control and elimination of spiders—including black widow and brown recluse—and removal of cobwebs. The contractor must provide qualified, licensed personnel, all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision; use EPA-registered, low- or no-odor commercial pesticides; provide Safety Data Sheets and product labels before application; and respond to unlimited callbacks within 24 hours at no additional charge. The initial contract term is 12 months, with four optional 12-month renewals. The anticipated contract value for the initial term is $12,500. The response must include the County quote response form, pricing for all listed locations, required qualifications and references, applicable pest-control licensing, and applicable certifications and schedules. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, pollution/environmental impairment liability, business auto liability, and workers’ compensation coverage.
