Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Johnson Controls Building Solutions, LLC for services related to their Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. This requirement includes upgrades to the existing BAS, software subscriptions and updates, preventative maintenance and inspection services, and training. The services will be performed at the University Drive Campus in Pittsburgh, PA. The contract is planned for a one-year base period with four additional one-year option periods.
