Description
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER)/Office of Vaccines Research and Review (OVRR) requires post-warranty preventive maintenance and repair services for a Bruker Biotyper MALDI Mass Spectrometer. This instrument is critical for ongoing laboratory experiments, specifically for high-throughput bacterial identification. The requirement includes one base year and two option years. The service must be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained and certified engineers, using OEM-certified replacement parts and following OEM specifications. The service plan includes access to OEM technical developments, repair procedure bulletins, and unlimited software, firmware, and application updates. Unlimited technical support via phone and email is also required.
