Description
Kilbuck Township is soliciting bids for its 2026 Road Program. The project involves milling, paving, curbing, and reconstruction work on four public roadways: Eicher Road, Thornridge Drive, Highland Drive, and Shannopin Drive. Bidders must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and the Public Works Employment Verification Act (PWEVA). All bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid bond, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond as specified in the contract documents. Bids must remain valid for sixty days after opening.
