Description
This solicitation is for annual preventative and corrective maintenance services for GE AISYS Anesthesia machines, including software updates, for the Western Colorado Health Care System (WCHCS) located in Grand Junction, CO. The contract will be for a base period with four option years, with a total contract duration not to exceed 5 years. Services must be performed by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer with GE Healthcare equipment certification. Only new OEM replacement parts are acceptable, and all parts must carry a minimum one-year warranty. The required uptime for the equipment is a minimum of 98%. The contractor must provide a letter proving authorization to work on GE Healthcare equipment. Quotes are due by June 29, 2026, and will be evaluated based on price and GE Healthcare Training Certification.
