Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids for comprehensive preventive maintenance, quarterly calibration, and as-needed repair services for hospital and durable medical equipment at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. Services are required for all equipment listed in the provided equipment list, which includes a wide range of medical devices such as amalgamators, aspirators, centrifuges, dental units, EKGs, exam chairs, headlights, heartstart devices, infusion pumps, light exam devices, microscopes, NIBP monitors, nebulizers, ophthalmoscopes/otoscope, patient monitors, portable suction pumps, refrigerators, scales, sterilizers, stretchers, ultrasonic cleaners, and vital signs monitors. Contractors must have at least two years of relevant experience and their assigned personnel must also have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and be at least 18 years of age. Bidders are required to provide a minimum of three verifiable references for contracts of similar size and scope within the last two years. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time, with a response time of within 24 hours for service calls, and within 48 hours for as-needed repair services unless otherwise approved.
