Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) seeking sources for onsite preventative maintenance, emergency repair services, and replacement parts for government-owned QPAC Polishing Equipment (Serial Number: MP2050127). The services required include inspection, repair, component upgrades, and equipment refurbishing to maintain operational readiness. All services must be performed by trained and certified technicians, using OEM or equivalent warranted parts. Emergency repair responses are required within 24 hours, with arrival onsite within two working days. The anticipated period of performance is from August 18, 2027, to August 17, 2032, with a base period of one year and options to extend for up to three additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, and materials, and will submit detailed service reports and cost estimates for all work performed. The government will provide containers for waste disposal, and contractors must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
