Description
Allegheny County requires a contractor to provide comprehensive tire repair and replacement services for its fleet of heavy equipment, forklifts, trucks, and passenger vehicles. This service must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, responding to calls for vehicles that are stranded on the road, off-road at job sites, at the contractor's place of business, PennDOT's Maintenance Garage, or any location within Allegheny County's geographical boundaries.
