Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide one-year comprehensive service and repair for Dentsply Sirona Cerec Oral Scanners, Milling Units, PrimePrint, and PrimePrint PPU 3D Printers at the Lawton Indian Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma. This service includes annual scheduled preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with Dentsply Sirona's current checklist, as well as unscheduled repair visits for equipment malfunctions. The contractor must provide OEM replacement parts, travel, and labor for repairs, with a 48-hour on-site response time for unscheduled repairs. Additionally, access to a 24/7 service hotline with a 4-hour phone response time is required. All technicians must be certified by Dentsply Sirona and meet manufacturer requirements. The anticipated award date is September 30, 2026, with an option for four additional years.
