Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington (RACW) is soliciting bids for the California, Cross Creek, Deemston, Elco, and West Middletown Demolition Project No. BMP 26-02. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on June 25, 2026. The project requires contractors to initiate work within 15 days of contract execution and complete the work within 60 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must ensure no discrimination against employees or applicants based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. RACW reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding process.
