Description
The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), is seeking responses from qualified vendors for the maintenance and repair of five (5) Robinair 34788NI-H and five (5) Robinair AC1234-6 A/C machines. These services will be performed at various northern California locations, including Anaheim, Bakersfield, Fontana, and Valencia. The anticipated term of the agreement is from July 15, 2026, through June 30, 2029. Bidders must be licensed to do business in California, be a USEPA 609 certified technician, and be an Authorized Robinair Service Center. The solicitation requires bidders to submit a cost sheet, bidder certification sheet, bidder references (three within the last five years), bidder declaration form, payee data record, contractor certification clauses, Darfur Contracting Act certification, and an IFB checklist. The selection process will be based on the lowest responsive bid.
